Xquisite Picnic includes a styled picnic designed for two, featuring blankets, rugs, and assorted pillows/cushions, low profile table with table runner and placemats, plates, cloth napkins, flatware, and drinkware, candle holders, candles, accent decor, and faux flowers. Rental durations: 2 hours.

IMPORTANT INFO

The setup area will need to be clear of furniture before Xquisite Teepees arrive.
Depending on the number of teepees and package type, set up could take 1-3 hours.
Each tent set up requires approximately a 4ft (width) by 6.5ft (length) space. If you are unsure whether you have enough space, you can provide us with approximate dimensions and pictures of the setup area, and we can help decide the best layout.
We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests that you may have as we cannot guarantee that more items will be available later. You have up until seven (7) days before your event (when the final payment is due) to make any changes.
Half of the party balance is due when booking, with the remaining payment due seven (7) days before the event.

Full payment is needed for events booked 7 days or less of the event date.
Any weekday event, including Friday, will be set up after 5 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
A $50 delivery will be applied to all packages.
A $25 sanitation fee will be applied to all packages.
Our equipment is cleaned and laundered after each event.
